We are seeking an experienced teacher to lead our senior school team and teach our Year 8 class from the start of 2027.
This permanent position includes 2 management units and a key role on our leadership team.
We are looking for someone who:
Brings energy, initiative and genuine enthusiasm for teaching senior primary students.
Has strong curriculum knowledge and exemplary classroom practice with strengths in literacy and mathematics.
Builds positive, respectful relationships with students, whānau and colleagues and has high expectations for all learners.
Is collaborative, reflective and committed to continually strengthening their practice.
A passion for EOTC and sports, combined with the ability to create meaningful learning opportunities beyond the four walls of the classroom, is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone with an excellent understanding of teaching and learning and the ability to make learning engaging and fun. The successful applicant will have strengths in literacy and numeracy. A passion for EOTC and sports, combined with the ability to create meaningful learning opportunities beyond the four walls of the classroom, is highly desirable.
The ability to foster positive relationships and partnerships with students, colleagues, whānau and our wider school community, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the school is essential.
The position will most likely be in the middle or senior school.
